While most "personal trainers" are certified to give you an effective weight room workout, Fitness Coaches develop a relationship with the client to understand their goals, lifestyle, needs, and strengths to design a program fit for them. Combining Physical Therapy and Fitness Training allows me to safely and effectively progress one towards his or her goals before or after a surgery/injury, discovering potential that may be hidden under nagging aches or pains. Whether improving your strength, balance, cardio, or flexibility, a well rounded plan can help you with everything from your jump shot to walking a flight of stairs.

Your results are all that matter, so we have created a hybrid of physical therapy, fitness coaching & performance training to deliver safe, scientifically researched, common sense, efficient, community/team building programs for all fitness levels. My greatest reward is helping others define their goals, get motivated, and see results!
