(Program officially kicks off Thursday, Sept 15th, 7:00 pm.) Past and present participants from the program, along with the S.A.F.E. Fitness Coaches will be there to discuss why our program is quickly becoming one of the most fun, motivating, and successful weight loss programs in the St. Louis area. Is there a free workshop or Q & A meeting to find out more and meet the team of trainers?
Absolutely. Come and meet the S.A.F.E. Fitness Coaches (some of the same coaches who make up the Webster Groves Fitness & Wellness Group) along with past and present participants in the program Thusday. Sept 8th, 7:00 pm, at THE HEIGHTS. We will review the program, answer all questions and concerns, and listen to a few testimonials from current participants. When does the program begin?
Thursday, Sept 15th, 7:00 pm at Richmond Heights Community Center. After this initial meeting, there will be ~4-5 “Weigh In / Meeting” times scheduled the next week and every week after for the next 12 weeks at your city's venue.
When does it end:
Saturday, Dec 10th, (12 Weeks Total) – The EveryBodyFIT Finale Workout, Weigh In & Finale Meeting.
Where is it taking place?
Weigh In / Meeting’s will be at THE HEIGHTS and at the Webster Groves Rec Complex, although, we will be holding workouts at various locations inside and outside during the program. Workouts will include every other Monday and Wednesday evening at THE HEIGHTS, Thursday evenings at the Webster Rec, and Saturdays, 10 am at THE HEIGHTS. Each EBL pariticpant receives a 6 FREE Workout Punch Card and can purchase extended punch cards for the group exercise classes included. Each of the Fitness Coaches will be holding one or more of these workouts.

When will the weigh in’s be held?
Admittedly, this is the most difficult part of the program, as we are currently scheduling coaches’ and participants’ schedules to coincide and accommodate everyone involved. The following is a tentative schedule, and is subject to change. Please let us know what day or time works for you when you register:

Do I need to have a weight loss goal to participate?
No, it is called "EveryBodyFIT" as anyone can participate and benefit for the increased accountability, community support, and competitive spirit of this program. If your current goal is to simply “exercise more”, or to quit smoking, you will be receive the guidance and support for reaching those goals. We develop a plan of specific strategies for any behavioral change you are ready to make.
Who are the S.A.F.E. Fitness Coaches? Do I know who is going to be my Team Coach?
Our current Team Bio Page, click here. For the most part, coaches will be decided upon by what Weigh In / Meeting time and location works for you. Team numbers will be capped appropriately to evenly disperse participants. Your coach will be contacting you by Monday of the first week of the program.

What will the weekly discussions be like?
We aim to have a short topic for discussion this week along with “homework” for that particular week. We may go over a food journal, or discuss healthy snack ideas, or cover information such as exactly what intensity level is necessary to burning the optimal amount of fat during exercise.
How much am I investing in my health?
$180 for 12 Weeks of discussions, accountability, community support, and up to 7 included workouts! Come join our growing community and experience results far beyond weight loss. Keep in mind that the S.A.F.E.Fitness Coaches charge $55-$85 / hour, so you will be receiving customized coaching support for $15 / week!
How do I guarantee myself a spot?
The fastest way to insure yourself a spot is to call or stop by the Webster Groves Rec Complex with cash, check or charge and sign up. Let them know you are signing up for the Sept 15th, EveryBodyFIT Program. We send notifications out to many people who have expressed interest, but please understand we have a limited number of spots, so please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin sending our initial assessment sheets and scheduling your Meeting Times.
